What is Batch Café Club?
Batch Café Club is a unique way of showcasing world class coffee to your customers.
We are a team of coffee industry professionals. Our speciality coffee subscription features some of the highest quality coffees in the world.
We think that life is too short to drink bad coffee so we created Batch Café Club to bring better coffee to the people of the UK in their work environment.

Depending on the size of your café, the type of coffee machine and your taste in coffee here are the options we can send you:
Batch Coffee Seasonal Espresso
Perfect for Bean to Cup coffee machines or espresso machines. It’s our signature blend that performs great in any brew method.
Batch Coffee Club Single Origin
Perfect for Black Coffee drinkers and coffee connoisseurs. This is an ever changing speciality coffee produced by some of the best roasters in the UK.
Batch Coffee Decaf
Perfect for those that want to enjoy decaf coffee. Like our coffee club our decaf changes every two weeks so you get to try the best we have in the UK.
Everyones taste is different, that’s why we can send to you a mix of coffees in each dispatch.

How Much Does It Cost?
The cost of the coffee depends on the size of the café and the type of coffee that best suits your needs. We have a range of coffee at various price points.
How Often Is Delivery?
You can choose between a delivery every 2 weeks or 4 weeks.
This will depend on the amount of coffee you require. We would always recommend consuming your coffee as soon as it arrives to enjoy it at its full potential.
So if your office consumes enough coffee then we would suggest deliveries every 2 weeks.
Is There A Minimum Order?
There is no minimum order. Once we have established how much coffee you need we will send out the initial order.
We can then easily alter the amount of coffee we send should you need more or less.
Is It Whole Beans Or Ground?
The coffee that we supply can be whole beans or ground. If you require ground coffee we can grind specifically for your chosen brew method.
We can also split an order between whole beans and ground if you have multiple different coffee makers in the café.
Can I Order Different Types Of Coffee?
Yes. We offer our seasonal espresso blend, a single origin coffee (that will be different in each order) or a single origin decaf (that will also be different in each order).
You can also choose to have a mixture of the three types of coffee that we offer.
Do I Have To Sign A Contract?
No contract. You will purchase a recurring Batch Coffee Club subscription and we’ll send you coffee every 2 or 4 weeks.
You can cancel at any point.
What Packaging Do You Use?
All of our packaging is plastic free. We use compostable 200g bags and recyclable paper 1kg bags. Our boxes are all made from cardboard and can be recycled.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship UK wide using various courier services.
Is The Coffee Organic or Fair Trade?
All of the coffee that we use is fair trade (as every product should be).
While some of the coffee that we use may not always be “certified” organic, we have seen first hand many farms are in fact organic but cannot afford to pay for the certification.
