The Dear Green roastery and showroom is located in the heart of Glasgow's creative East End, within the Glasgow Collective - just a stone's throw away from the legendary music venue and marketplace, the Barrowlands.  

They pride themselves in sourcing and roasting only the highest quality of speciality grade coffee, and carry an ethical and social conscience in every element of their output.

They work alongside only a select few direct traders and farms who they know and trust, to ensure transparency, traceability and sustainability in every coffee that they roast. They’re also a Living Wage Foundation employer.

For Dear Green, coffee isn't just coffee. Every coffee that they offer has been cultivated, picked, pulped, dried, milled, graded and shipped to before they have the pleasure of roasting, profiling and delivering it to your door!
