Do You Have Gift Coffee Subscriptions?
Yes, you can purchase a coffee gift subscription. Simply click the ‘Get Started’ button or click here. Then select your package, frequency and grind size.
At the checkout you are given the option to leave a personal message which will be printed inside the first box.
Can I Buy a One-Off Coffee Box?
Yes, you can dip your toe in the water first without purchasing a coffee subscription.

What Will I Receive in a Batch Coffee Box?
Whether you have subscribed to our coffee club or you have purchased a one-off box you will receive two different coffees from different origins and coffee roasters.
We showcase the best coffee beans in the world and celebrate both the incredible farmers and producers at origin while at the same time the talented coffee roasters that highlight delicious flavour profiles of speciality coffee.
How Much Coffee is in Each Coffee Box?
Each coffee box contains two bags, each one containing 200g of coffee.
So you will receive 400g of coffee in each box.
Can I Buy a Single Bag Of Coffee?
We don’t sell just single bags of coffee.
This is because we want you to try new, exciting coffees and compare them against each other, this is how professional coffee tasters do it and makes it much easier to put your finger on the way the coffee tastes.
Where is My Coffee Subscription?
We dispatch coffee every other Wednesday, this keeps the coffee at its freshest. To find out when our next dispatch date is take a look at the purple announcement bar at the top of this page.
How Do I Cancel My Coffee Subscription?
Cancelling a coffee subscription is super easy. Head over to your account here and select cancel my subscription.
You will not be charged after you have cancelled, however you will receive any pending coffee boxes.
How Do I Store My Coffee.
The best place to store speciality coffee is in a cool dry cupboard. Once the coffee is opened, reseal the bag if possible or empty into an airtight coffee storage container.
How Much Does a Coffee Subscription Cost?
A recurring subscription costs ￡17.99 per box and you can select how often you would like to receive each box of coffee (Every 2 or 4 weeks).
If you would like to prepay for a number of boxes then we do offer discounts when you purchase one of our coffee club packages.
What If I Don't Like The Coffee?
We hope that even if you don’t love the coffee you put it down to the fact that the flavour profile isn’t a taste you particularly enjoy.
Coffee is all about preference and can dramatically change between people, some love the light acidic fruity flavoured coffee while others prefer it bold, rich and chocolatey.
There isn’t a right answer to what makes a good coffee and that's the beauty of speciality coffee, the flavours can be so diverse and everybody has different preferences. The coffee that you receive has been selected by our team of experts who only choose the best.

What is The Roast Level Of Each Coffee?
The roast level of each coffee in our coffee club varies in each bag. We don’t showcase any dark roasted coffee, the majority will be around medium roast while some is more towards light roasted coffee.
How Long Will Coffee Last?
Coffee is best consumed from 7 - 25 days after the roast date. This is the peak of the coffees flavours and when it is classed as at it’s best. Coffee is still good to drink after this amount of time but some flavours may subside.
How Are The Coffee Boxes Packaged?
We are plastic free.
Our bags are recyclable and made using paper from sustainable forests. Our boxes are 70% recycled cardboard and fully recyclable while our packing paper is also fully recyclable.

We ship UK wide using various courier services.
Is The Coffee Organic or Fair Trade?
All of the coffee that we use in our subscription boxes is fair trade (as every product should be).
While some of the coffee that we use may not always be “certified” organic, we have seen first hand many farms are in fact organic but cannot afford to pay for the certification.
