THE HOME BARISTA
So The Home Barista is everything I’ve learnt from years working as a barista in Sydney, roasting coffee back in the UK, and generally being a bit nerdy about making ‘proper coffee’ at home.
I’ve spent the last decade or so travelling around, visiting coffee farms, working in cafés, and figuring out what actually makes a brilliant cup of coffee.
This book is all that stuff extracted down into something actually useful for anyone who wants to make better coffee without all the pretentious nonsense.
