SUBSCRIPTIONS
No, all of our rolling coffee subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Yes! You can adjust how often you receive your coffee boxes – whether that’s every 2 weeks or 4 weeks. Simply log into your account to update your preferences. If you have purchased a coffee subscription package and want to change frequency then please contact us via our online form.
You can easily pause or delay your next delivery through your account. We recommend doing this at least a week before your next dispatch date.
Absolutely. You can switch between different coffee subscription plans at any time through your account dashboard. Please reach out to us if you are having problems in doing so.
We dispatch coffee every other Wednesday (find our next dispatch day in the purple announcement bar at the top of the screen). This so our coffee is as fresh as possible when it lands on your doorstep.
Our cut off for new subscribers is a week prior. For example if we have a dispatch on the 26th February we send out coffee to customers that subscribed between the 5th and the 18th February.
Currently we offer our standard BATCH box with 2 x 200g bags. This gives you the perfect amount to compare and contrast different coffee profiles.
We need at least one week’s notice before the next dispatch date to make any changes to your subscription. However, we’re a friendly bunch so please reach out to us if you feel you’re in a rush.
COFFEE
Each bag of coffee contains 200g of coffee. You will receive 2 bags with each box so you can taste and compare between the two.
We recommend pour-over methods like V60 or Chemex alongside Espresso, Mokapot, Aeropress or Cafetiere to really taste the unique characteristics of each origin.

Light roasts tend to be more acidic and fruity, medium roasts are balanced with more body, and dark roasts are bold and chocolatey. Our curation team selects a variety to expand your palate.
We dispatch within days of roasting, so your coffee arrives at peak freshness – typically 5-10 days post-roast. Which is perfectly rested and ready for you to enjoy.
Yes, we certainly do! Checkout our decaf coffee club for some incredible single origin coffee minus the caffeine.
While part of the joy is discovering new coffees, you can contact us with preferences and we’ll do our best to tailor future selections.
SHIPPING
We use a number of courier services for our shipping but it is usually either Royal Mail or Evri.
No, Shipping is calculated at checkout.
If your coffee arrives damaged, just email us a photo and we’ll send a replacement immediately.
Yes, you can update your delivery address for individual orders through your account or by contacting us.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey to your door.
GIFTING
Absolutely! You can purchase multiple gift coffee subscriptions and send them to different addresses.
Yes, gift subscribers receive the same expertly curated coffees as all our subscribers.
Leave a gift note at checkout in the ‘Comments Section’ and we’ll be sure to include it in the first box.
PACKAGING
Yes! Our bags will break down in home compost systems within 12-24 weeks.
Even the degassing valve is compostable – everything can go straight into your home compost bin.
Both the coffee bags and cardboard box can go in your home compost or food waste bin.
OTHER
We work with partner roasteries across the UK. Contact us if you’re interested in learning more about where your coffee comes from.
Yes! We can set up office subscriptions to keep your workplace caffeinated with great coffee.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through our checkout system.
