Full Spectrum Coffee Roasters
Full Spectrum Coffee was founded on the principle that specialty coffee should be accessible for all.

About Full Spectrum Coffee Roasters
Tom is on the autism spectrum. He also loves coffee. It’s kind of a special interest of his. That’s why he founded Full Spectrum Coffee. As a student in Leeds, Tom was blessed with being surrounded by a vibrant and inclusive cafe culture, where he was welcomed as he was and his enthusiasm was embraced (special shout out to Matt and Martyn at Stage Espresso and Brew Bar). But after graduating and moving to Shropshire, it soon became clear that not everywhere had quite the same vibe. Tom had noticed that the coffee industry could be a pretty tough place if you’re on the spectrum. Lots of socialising, lots of fast paced environments, lots of noise. All things that many autistic folks struggle with. So Tom set out to challenge that. He started Full Spectrum, with the aim of making it a space where anybody, autistic or otherwise, can explore their love of coffee.
