The company approaches coffee as an experience, carefully managing every step from bean selection to precise roast profiles. We asked Antonio about his favourite local coffee spots. Here’s what he said: What is your favourite coffee spot? I spend quite a bit in central London so my favourite coffee place is Hideaway coffee house in farrier’s Psge. Near us at the roastery we have story coffee, quite an institution in Clapham junction. For breakfast, the Watch House in Marylebone, proves that team does make the difference even in big companies.

Coffee Origin

The Buho Decaf coffee from Code 194 Coffee Roasters originates from the Huila region of Colombia.

With remarkable coffees, local producers in 15 cities decided to invest in a Geographic Indication project. Developed and managed by professor Joao B. Pavesio, it aims to enrich the region.

With altitudes from 600 meters to 1,500 meters, the mountains offer a “terroir belt” where coffee plants find perfect conditions to develop. The Pico da Bandeira (or Bandeira Peak) with its altitude of 2,892 meters and five other high mountains in the Caparaó National Park are the guardians of this coffee region. This coffee is decaffeinated using the sugarcane E.A method.
