About Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters | Palo Verde | Colombia

Palo Verde is a crowd-pleaser of a coffee. It doesn’t possess any candied lychee notes that a light roasted African coffee boasts, but I does have some well-balanced delicacies that either the speciality newcomer can pick up or the hardened coffee geek can appreciate. For me, each method that I tried with Palo Verde worked well but in particular, I found that it performed well through the espresso machine especially when mixed with milk. Flat whites all round!
