They roast three warming blends, Modern, Hunting and Ancient all of which have a focus on full flavour and versatility. The Ancient coffee that I received from Wild highlands was a coffee full of those big bolshy flavours – perfect for an early start on a cold morning. The fragrance of the unground coffee was warm and packed with spices, pepper and an undertone of maple syrup.
