HOW WE WORK
We dispatch every other Wednesday taking new orders from 3 to 1 weeks before dispatch.
However… We are a small personable brand with unbeatable service (and coffee 😉)
So please reach out to us if the dispatch date is too far away or doesn’t work for you via our contact form here or drop us an email – info@batchcoffee.co.uk.
And we will do our best to get you some coffee as soon as possible.

Why our shipping dates are as they are?
As we use two different roasters in each coffee club box we need time for the coffee to be roasted, dispatched to us and packed at Batch HQ.
This is why we take new orders from 1 to 3 weeks before the dispatch date. Please see a list of our dates below.
