What Is In a Batch Coffee Taster Box?

In each coffee taster box there are 2 bags of high scoring specialty coffee.

Both from different UK roasters and origins.
For example a box may include a Colombian coffee from Origin Coffee Roasters and an Ethiopian coffee from Volcano Coffee Roasters.
Another box may then be a Costa Rican coffee from Assembly Coffee Roasters and a Kenyan coffee from Foundation Coffee Roasters.

We spend hours reviewing and rating coffees from around the UK and pair two together in each coffee bean taster box, which changes every 2 weeks.
All of our packaging is home compostable and information about both coffees is either displayed on the back or via the QR code.

How Much Does a Coffee Taster Pack Cost?
A coffee taster pack costs £17.99 per box.If you would like to prepay for a number of boxes and sign up to one of our subscriptions then we do offer discounts when you purchase one of our coffee club packages.
What Will I Receive in a Batch Coffee Taster Pack?
You will receive two different coffees from different origins and coffee roasters (based in the UK).Our coffee taster packs showcase the best coffee beans in the world and celebrate both the incredible farmers and producers at origin while at the same time the talented coffee roasters that highlight delicious flavour profiles of speciality coffee.
How Much Coffee is in Each Coffee Taster Pack?
Each coffee taster pack contains two bags, each one containing 200g of coffee.So 400g of coffee in each pack.

What If I Don’t Like The Coffee?
We hope that even if you don’t love one of the coffees you put it down to the fact that the flavour profile isn’t a taste they particularly enjoy and that the next one may be to your taste.Coffee is all about preference and that can dramatically change between people, some love the light acidic fruity flavoured coffee while others prefer it bold, rich and chocolatey.There isn’t a right answer to what makes a good coffee and that’s the beauty of speciality coffee, the flavours can be so diverse and everybody has different preferences. The coffee that you will receive has been selected by our team of experts who only choose the best.If you really don’t like the coffee please let us know at info@batchcoffee.co.uk and we will do our best to sort it out.
What is The Roast Level Of Each Coffee?
The roast level of each coffee in our coffee taster packs varies in each bag. We don’t showcase any dark roasted coffee, the majority will be around medium roast while some is more towards light roasted coffee.
How Long Will Coffee Taster Pack Last?
Coffee is best consumed from 7 – 21 days after the roast date. This is the peak of the coffees flavours and when it is classed as at it’s best. Coffee is still good to drink after this amount of time but some flavours may subside.
How Do Batch Taster Packs Compare To Other Coffees?
There are many different coffees available in the UK market today. Each one with their own USP and quirk. We’re a little biased and believe that we have the best coffee taster pack out there, however as with specialty coffee, it’s all about preference and taste.
Is The Coffee Organic or Fair Trade?
All of the coffee that we use in our coffee taster packs UK is fair trade (as every product should be).While some of the coffee that we use may not always be “certified” organic, we have seen first hand many farms are in fact organic but cannot afford to pay for the certification.
Is The Coffee Whole Beans or Ground?
You can select whether you would prefer whole bean coffee or ground coffee.If you prefer ground coffee you are also given the option to choose how you would prefer the coffee ground which depends on how you brew your coffee. We have 5 levels of coarseness: Espresso, Aeropress, Stovetop, Pour Over and Cafetiere grind.
