I have to say the Timemore Black Mirror has been a game changer for me for a few years now and in my opinion is one of the best coffee scales out there.

Not only is it compact and easy to use, but it also features a flow rate measurement that helps refine my coffee’s flavour.

I’ve found the built-in timer particularly useful for keeping track of my extraction times. 

The scale responds quickly, allowing me to experiment without the guesswork. It holds a maximum weight of 2 kilograms with an impressive accuracy of 0.1 grams, which really takes the guesswork out of brewing. 

Plus, it’s rechargeable and has a decent battery life, making it perfect for travel.

The Black Mirror Coffee Scales in My Opinioin

If you’re serious about your coffee brewing, the Timemore Black Mirror coffee scale is more than  worth considering. 

I got my hands on one of these incredible coffee scales a few years ago and have been using it ever since. 

The accuracy is impressive, measuring weights down to 0.1 grams, making it easy to fine-tune my espresso and pour-over brewing.

I love the built-in timer feature that kicks in automatically when it detects a weight change. No more guessing when to stop pouring! The rechargeable battery lasts a solid 24 hours, and it’s quick to recharge via USB-C, which is a nice touch.

That said, the touch buttons can be overly sensitive, and sometimes I found it tricky to get precise readings without some fluctuation. Overall, it’s a great addition for anyone serious about their coffee, just keep an eye on how you’re pressing those buttons.

The Basic Pro features a modern and minimalistic design that fits seamlessly into anyones kitchen or backpack. 

It’s compact, perfectly sized to tuck into my bag when I’m heading away for the weekend.

Weighing less than a kilogram, it’s light enough to carry around without a second thought. Plus, the heat-resistant silicone pad keeps it safe from spills and inevitable coffee drips.
