WHAT YOU RECEIVE IN A BATCH COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?

2 bags of speciality coffee

Each coffee box contains two bags of speciality coffee from different UK roasters and origins.

For example, you might receive a Colombian coffee from Origin Coffee Roasters alongside an Ethiopian from Volcano Coffee Roasters.

We taste and review coffees from hundreds of UK roasters to carefully pair two distinct coffees in each box.

While we occasionally revisit roasters, we never use the same coffee twice (that’s over 300 different coffees so far).

Your coffees come in home compostable bags with detailed information on the back or via QR code. Boxes are dispatched every other Wednesday – check the purple announcement bar at the top of the page for the next dispatch date.

A recurring subscription costs ￡17.99 per box and you can select how often you would like to receive each box of coffee (Every 2 or 4 weeks).
If you would like to prepay for a number of boxes then we do offer discounts when you purchase one of our coffee club packages.

Whether you have subscribed to our coffee club or you have purchased a one-off box you will receive two different coffees from different origins and coffee roasters.

We showcase the best coffee beans in the world and celebrate both the incredible farmers and producers at origin while at the same time the talented coffee roasters that highlight delicious flavour profiles of speciality coffee.How Much Does a Coffee Subscription Cost?

Each coffee box contains two bags, each one containing 200g of coffee.
So you will receive 400g of coffee in each box.

Cancelling a coffee subscription is super easy. Head over to your coffee subscription account here and select cancel my subscription.
You will not be charged after you have cancelled, however you will receive any pending coffee boxes.

We ship UK wide using various courier services.

We are plastic free.
Our bags and boxes are compostable and made using organic materials.

We dispatch coffee every other Wednesday, this keeps the coffee at its freshest. To find out when our next dispatch date is take a look at the purple announcement bar at the top of this page.

We hope that even if you don’t love the coffee you put it down to the fact that the flavour profile isn’t a taste you particularly enjoy.
Coffee is all about preference and can dramatically change between people, some love the light acidic fruity flavoured coffee while others prefer it bold, rich and chocolatey.
There isn’t a right answer to what makes a good coffee and that’s the beauty of speciality coffee, the flavours can be so diverse and everybody has different preferences. The coffee that you receive has been selected by our team of experts who only choose the best.

The roast level of each coffee in our coffee club varies in each bag. We don’t showcase any dark roasted coffee, the majority will be around medium roast while some is more towards light roasted coffee.

Coffee is best consumed from 7 – 21 days after the roast date. This is the peak of the coffees flavours and when it is classed as at it’s best. Coffee is still good to drink after this amount of time but some flavours may subside.

There are many coffee subscriptions on the market today. Each one with their own USP and quirk. We’re a little biased and believe that we have the best coffee subscription out there, however as with specialty coffee, it’s all about preference and taste, so we created a guide to help you find the best coffee subscription in the UK.

All of the coffee that we use in our subscription boxes is fair trade (as every product should be).
While some of the coffee that we use may not always be “certified” organic, we have seen first hand many farms are in fact organic but cannot afford to pay for the certification.

You can select whether you would prefer whole bean coffee or ground coffee. If you prefer ground coffee you are also given the option to choose how you would prefer the coffee ground which depends on how you brew your coffee. We have 5 levels of coarseness: Espresso, Aeropress, Stovetop, Pour Over and Cafetiere grind. Learn more in our ground coffee subscription guide.
